As a Seller of Real Estate in Pennsylvania you will probably hire an agent to represent your best interest through out the sale of the property.
As a Buyer of Real Estate in Pennsylvania, you have some options as to how the agent showing you property interacts with you.
There are options where a seller and buyer may choose to have an agent assist them in the transfer of a property: Transactional agent
It is our office policy that we designate an agent to represent a Seller Client and another to represent a Buyer Client. In this way we can represent the seller that has listed their property and the buyer who wishes to purchase it. Each agent keeps confidential information to themselves and does not share it with the other agents in the office. Designated Agency
